This December, we will reach girls in rural Cameroon with reusable menstrual pads and practical education about menstruation, menstrual hygiene, and caring for their reusable products. Our goal is not simply to distribute supplies, but to give girls knowledge and resources they can continue using with confidence.
Reusable menstrual products can provide longer-term support than one-time supplies, helping girls manage their periods more consistently while reducing the financial burden on families.
By November and December, financial hardship can threaten the education of children whose families were able to pay registration and initial school fees but cannot afford later installments. Through this initiative, we will identify selected girls at risk of having their education interrupted and provide targeted assistance toward their school fees.
